These nautical-themed coasters are made from reclaimed wood, sanding and repairing the wood while preserving it's unique character. Each coaster is then stenciled or painted with a nautical theme, and the set of four are each different so no one is confused on their glass.
These coasters have several coats of a food-safe shellac to help protect them and pads to avoid damage to the coaster or table. Sizes vary based on the wood. Large coasters are roughly 5.25 inches square. Small are roughly 3.5 inches square, and both sizes fit a glass. No two sets are perfectly alike, as these are all done by hand, one set at a time.
